Alabama White Corn Ribs
Fantastic elote seasoning/sauce. I could have ordered 2 more for our table. If you never had elotes you should try this app. If you've had elites then you gotta try this version of handheld elotes!!! Definitely will be back to this hidden gem off Elston Ave across from the Salt Shed
Hot Water Cornbread
What a phenomenal start to a truly fabulous dinner. This cornbread knocks it out of the park - love the paired spreads too.
Grilled Cheese
The grilled cheese sandwich is so tasty and so filling. The earthy goodness of the oyster mushrooms, paired with the creamy brie and muenster cheese and the tangy pop of blueberry jam just sets it off! One of my favorite offerings but I also have to start every meal with corn ribs. So simple but yet so flavorful.
